What school leaders ask before moving forward
Is Lessi FERPA-compliant, and do you sign a DPA?
Yes. Lessi operates as a school official under FERPA and signs DPAs before school-wide deployment. Student data is not used to train AI models. Processing runs in US-based Azure infrastructure with district data isolation. We support district security and compliance review with documentation.
Does this replace our IEP system (Frontline, Infinite Campus, etc.)?
No. Lessi is the planning and prep layer that sits alongside your IEP system. Teachers use Lessi to generate aligned lessons, scaffolds, and checks, then document in the district system you already use. No migration and no parallel student records system.
What does a pilot include, and when do results show up?
A typical pilot includes 5 to 20 teachers over 6 to 8 weeks, with defined usage goals and a midpoint check-in. Onboarding is usually about 90 minutes. Most teams report time savings within the first two weeks. At closeout, we provide usage data, teacher feedback, and scale recommendations.
How is student data handled, and who can see it?
Lessi processes teacher-provided content to generate requested outputs. Student data is not used to train AI models. Access is role-based and auditable. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and district data remains isolated from other customers.
What training and ongoing support is included?
District licenses include live onboarding, self-paced setup guides, and direct implementation support during pilot and rollout. We can run PD sessions and align rollout with your calendar. Ongoing support continues after launch, with most responses within one business day.
How do we measure whether Lessi is working?
We track outcomes your team cares about: teacher prep time, output volume, and instructional alignment quality. Pilot reviews include structured feedback and usage summaries for leadership. If results are not strong enough to scale, we say so directly.
