Do I need admin or IT approval to start?
You can start with your professional email. If you plan to upload or reference personally identifiable information (PII), consult your district's policy first. We do not use customer data to train AI models. Read our AI Policy. Ask your district's IT team to contact support@lessi.ai to review our security and privacy practices.
Is student data used to train AI models?
No. Student data is never used to train AI models. Lessi doesn't require student names or IDs to start, and any teacher-provided student context is processed under district privacy controls.

I already have a Lessi account. What happens to it?
If your account has no expiration date—early adopters and active district licenses—nothing changes. You keep your access. School-year trial accounts expired July 31, 2026, and you can continue with a personal plan. Questions about your account? Email support@lessi.ai.
